Notice: CCI is not currently accepting applications for its China or Guatemala programs.
Applications for these programs will not be processed.
The following information is available upon request:
(1) the number of its adoption placements per year for the prior three calendar years, and the number and percentage of those placements that remain intact, are disrupted, or have been dissolved as of the time the information is provided;
(2) the number of parents who apply to adopt on a yearly basis, based on data for the prior three calendar years; and
(3) the number of children eligible for adoption and awaiting an adoptive
placement referral via the agency.
If you have decided that CCI is your child-placing agency, the first step in your adoption journey is to download and complete the CCI application for adoption.
It is very important for the application to be filled out completely and accurately. Here are some tips for filling out your application:
Type or print clearly
Complete all required information
Include a recent family photo
Provide photocopies of passports, if available
Include one or more letters of reference*
A $250 fee must accompany application to begin processing**
Remember, ALL information provided will remain CONFIDENTIAL and will only be used by CCI personnel and your home study provider. It is essential that you provide full disclosure regarding the application's questions. Failure to provide accurate and complete information will prevent CCI from processing the application.
