Featured Program: Ethiopia

CCI's Ethiopian program continues to be a success.  Over 225 children have now found families since our program opened.  This is an excellent program for families open to adopting children of all ages.

Our program manager spends considerable time in Ethiopia, making frequent trips there to meet the children, assess their development and meet, photograph and video waiting children.  We work with 6 different orphan centers and have many older waiting children as well as younger children needing families.

Consider Adopting a Boy

Over the years, CCI has found that more families want to adopt a girl than a boy. While all children need homes, it is much easier to find a home for a girl than for a boy and this is especially true for older boys. All children need love; all children need a place to call home.

Sometime ago, a friend of CCI's created this beautiful video (click image to watch) of why adopting a boy can be a blessing. At any given time, CCI has many boys waiting for a forever family. No matter the color, no matter the country, no matter the age, a child is waiting for you.

Please consider adopting a boy!

International Child Sponsorship

Food • Water • Love • Shelter • Education

A Clean Place to Sleep • Safety • Hope

Which of these could YOU live without?

CCI's child sponsorship program can help make sure that children living in orphanages in Guatemala and Ethiopia do not have to choose any of the above to live without. You can make a difference far beyond what you will ever know by simply giving of yourself to another. Visit our Guatemala or Ethiopia child sponsorship page to get started today!

Haiti Earthquake:

Thank you for your Generosity!

On January 12, 2010, a 7.0 earthquake hit Haiti's capital city of Port-au-Prince causing massive devastation and loss of life. Following the earthquake, CCI held a fundraiser to assist Maison des Enfants de Dieu,an orphanage in Port Au Prince.

CCI determined the best use of funds raised would be to purchase the much needed inverter and donate toward the generator the orphanage needed desperately. The best news is Maison will be able to take these items with them when they move to the new creche once it is built. As this helps satisfy not only a present and urgent need for more power, as well as serving them daily and in future crises such as hurricanes, CCI feels this is a responsible use of the funds donated by so many who care for the children of Haiti.

CCI has combined the monies raised through CCI's efforts and the efforts of a partnering church to donate a total of $12,525.74. We were able to cover the entire cost of the inverter plus some of the cost of the generator. However, there is still a financial need to cover the remaining cost of the new generator as well as purchase land for the new orphanage. Please consider making a donation to these causes.

All donations are tax deductible.
